Saimon Mathew, joined Desert Trading Company, Oman (Cee Cee Holding) in 2006 as the Chief Operational Officer. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Beverage industry. He strategized the company’s growth and changed the portfolio, offering the consumers a varied selection of wine and spirits from all over the world. He also heads Raysut Marketing LLC which is an exclusive Duty Free Operator in Salalah, Oman. Previously, Saimon was the General Manager of African and Eastern (Liquor Division) Abu Dhabi where he successfully steered the company to become the top distributor of leading brands in that Emirate. Prior to that, Saimon had started his career as an on-trade executive of the leading Liquor Company of Abudhabi - Spinneys LLC, where he held several positions before becoming the General Manager in 2000.

Saimon holds an MBA and has attended various courses in Wine and Spirits around the world.
